SUMMER CAMPS

 

1. Cancellation on or Before May 1st:

• All camp registrations are refundable if canceled on or before May 1st.

• A non-refundable registration fee of $50 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

2. Cancellation After May 1st, but One Month Before Camp:

• If you cancel after May 1st but at least one month before your camp start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the camp fees paid.

 

3. Cancellation Less Than One Month Before Camp:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one month before the camp start date.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate our participants as best as we can within these guidelines. Please contact us directly with any cancellation requests or concerns.
